This work sits alongside your medical and therapeutic care team, not instead of them. I do not provide therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention.
Investment
- Trial session — €80. One session, no commitment, to feel what it is like to be accompanied before you decide on more.
- Bundle of 9 hours — €720 (€80/hour). A shorter arc, for one particular stretch.
- Full bundle · 20 hours — €1400 (€70/hour). Twenty hours over roughly three months, in person or by video.
A first introductory call is free and unhurried.
